  This company is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. I am currently a tenant with a rat problem in my attic for over a Month now. They have claimed they are trying, but it has been almost 2 Months and I still have rats. I explained to them, I can not sleep at night due to the rat activity above my bed, we now have what seems to be urine or saliva coming through the ceiling and they don't care at all! They have been nothing but rude to my wife and I. They tell me they are doing everything they can but when I call to ask what they are doing they just get upset and tell me they are trying. NOTHING is being done!!! Misty is extremely rude while the other people I have dealt with just seem to have one excuse after another. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever dealt with! I have even called and got an estimate for them to fix the solution but still no action. Beware of East Valley Property Management!

  I love a company that wants to make relationships with their tenants. It sure makes renting seem not so bad. We have worked with this company for about a year and a half and I love that they are always trying to do better and be the best out there. Thanks East Valley!!
